ADS Inc., in partnership with VideoRay LLC and Voyis, proposes a TRL-9 submerged infrastructure inspection solution for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers assets. The system integrates the VideoRay Defender ROV with multibeam sonar, Voyis Discovery stereo imaging, Sonardyne INS/DVL navigation, and ultrasonic thickness testing to deliver high-resolution, georeferenced digital twins of submerged concrete and steel structures without requiring dewatering or diver intervention. Designed for operation in confined, turbulent, and low-visibility environments, the solution provides 3D point clouds, orthomosaics, bathymetric surveys, corrosion assessments, and material thickness measurements to support predictive maintenance and lifecycle management. The technology has been successfully deployed on hydroelectric dams and other critical infrastructure, demonstrating reliable performance in challenging underwater conditions. All hardware, software, and personnel are immediately available for rapid deployment, providing a low-risk, non-destructive approach to modernizing underwater inspection and asset management.
