REACH (Rapid Emergency Access for Critical Healthcare) pairs a secure digital stockpile of ready-to-produce Technical Data Packages with a network of pre-vetted U.S. manufacturers, so critical medical supplies can surge into production within days of a disruption rather than the months it typically takes industry to retool. The network activates through clearly defined, backtested triggers, with AI-proposed production and distribution plans reviewed and approved by a government administrator before execution. REACH is already a working prototype as demonstrated in our video submission.  Our team combines additive manufacturing and systems engineering (Ansel), legal and IP structuring (Mitesh), and database, analytics, and AI systems expertise (Peter).
