RescueSight transforms urban emergency response through rapid digital twin generation from multimodal data streams. Our solution is a web platform accessible by all members of a response team. Our platform primarily ingests visual data–drone footage, satellite imagery, and handheld photography–to create interactive georeferenced 3D models of disaster sites or critical infrastructure. Our primary innovation is the optimization of the scene reconstruction and Gaussian Splatting pipelines, optimized for a first responder workflow. We’re able to create high quality digital twins within ten minutes while existing market solutions take hours or even days. These models become the foundation for information contextualization, operational decisions. Our hardware-agnostic system seamlessly integrates with existing workflows while delivering role-based dashboards for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Users are able to interact with the model, query for critical data, and export PDF reports automatically, improving interoperability and situational awareness at every phase of disaster response.
