Skellig Manufacturing is proposing to build out the Intellectual Property Operating System that will connect United States' Manufacturing capacity. We take inspiration from a different industry that had to solve a similar problem of distribution of encrypted files and how to implement stakeholder authorization, IP protection, and deployment. Our proof of concept demonstration can currently mimic all roles that would be required for this digital stockpile to be successful. Our team has been on both sides of transfers like this and as such are uniquely positioned to help build out this capability. We have worked on Top 10 Pharma plant floors and worked on DARPA, ASPR, and other government agency projects for close to a decade. Our team consists of automation engineers, Ph.D chemists, quality & regulatory experts, and validation experts.
