SkyTL

CITY Resilience with Proactive Disaster Prevention and Response

Abstract

SkyTL combines predictive analytics and real-time data fusion to feed Digital Twins with actionable information to prevent loss from natural disasters. The platform breaks down data silos into meaningful actionable information accessible to non-technical stakeholders, who can precisely identify risk at the asset level (structures, power lines, infrastructure), issue targeted evacuation orders confidently, plan for and deploy resources strategically and effectively during emergencies, proactively manage vegetation and electrical grid vulnerabilities, and monitor and respond to disasters with live data (wind, fire, storm surge,
or flood sensor data). The platform democratizes complex data into easy to act on risk predictions and mitigation suggestions through 3D maps, reducing decision-making time while improving grid reliability and enabling evidence-based governance that enhances urban resilience and quality of life for all citizens.
